Could you be specific as to what applications are not allowing you to print in color? You might want to try resetting the printing system to see if that resolves your issue.

jp It can be confusing as there is also a Ricoh MP printer that does not support color printing. I’ve installed all the right packages and the computer recognizes the printer.
